Service Payments: All services will be invoiced as per the quote provided. For ongoing services like content creation or SEO, a recurring payment will be billed monthly or annually. Payments are due on the agreed date; if payments are delayed, we reserve the right to suspend services.
Additional Costs: Services such as additional content creation, design revisions, or advanced SEO work may incur additional charges based on hourly rates or specific project needs.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Client: You may cancel any service at any time, but once work has commenced, payments made for any ongoing services (e.g., SEO, maintenance) are non-refundable.
Refunds: Refunds will be provided if services are not rendered as agreed or if we fail to meet the deliverables as per the contract. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the service.
Late Payments: If payments for hosting or services are not received at least 1 month before renewal, the website may be taken offline until payment is made. A backup of the website will be sent to you upon request.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Content: All content created by Swift Web Design (designs, logos, code, text) remains the intellectual property of Swift Web Design until full payment is received. Once payment is complete, the rights to the website content transfer to the client.
Client Content: You retain ownership of all content you provide to us for your website, including but not limited to logos, text, and images.

Website Hosting: The annual hosting fee is £150 (This maybe different for you if you have a bigger website). If payment is not received at least one month before the renewal date (1 year after the purchase of the hosting), your website will be temporarily taken offline. We will create a backup and send it to you upon request.
SEO Disclaimer: SEO work can take over 6 months to show significant results. While we cannot guarantee 100% success, we will implement best practices to ensure the best chance of improving your rankings.
