What is the Web+ Package? The Web+ Package is designed specifically for small businesses. It’s our most affordable website option, created to take the hassle out of building and maintaining a website—so you can focus on what you love while we handle the rest.
Who can use this package?
This package is for small businesses that need a simple, streamlined website. It’s for businesses that don’t require e-commerce functionality or large, complex sites. If you’re unsure whether this package is right for you, feel free to get in touch—we’ll be happy to advise.
What is the upfront cost?
The £350 upfront cost covers the tools we use to build your website, along with the first month’s hosting and maintenance (£112/month). In the first month, you’ll only pay the £350 setup fee. From the second month onwards, you’ll pay the monthly fee, and after one year, the annual renewal fee will apply.
What is the monthly cost?
The £112 monthly fee covers ongoing website maintenance, including hosting and regular updates. It also includes uploading a short article or showcasing recent work on your website each month to keep your content fresh and engaging. The first month you purchase the Web+ package, this monthly fee is included in the upfront cost. You will continue to pay this monthly fee thereafter, and when the annual renewal is due, the charge for that month will include both the standard monthly fee and the yearly fee.
What is the yearly cost?
The yearly fee covers the cost of renewing the premium tools and software we use to build and run your website—such as themes, plugins, and performance tools. These are essential for keeping your site secure, functional, and up to date. This fee is included in the initial upfront cost for the first year. After that, it will be charged annually, one month before the renewal date. Charging this in advance helps us confirm that you’d like to continue working with us and ensures there’s no disruption to your website service.

Pricing Adjustments: Final prices will be quoted after discussing your specific requirements. The costs mentioned on the website are typical starting points and may vary depending on the complexity of your website and services needed.
Monthly Services: The maintenance packages/add-ons renew on a rolling monthly basis and continue until cancelled.
Website Hosting: The hosting fee for websites with Swift Web Design is £12 per month (this may vary depending on the size and requirements of your website). While we always strive to keep our prices competitive, hosting costs are subject to change in line with market rates. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to you as early as possible. If the hosting fee is not paid by the due date, your website may be taken offline until payment is received. Should payment not be made within one month of the due date, we will create a backup of your website and send it to you for safekeeping.
Upfront Payment Terms: For most services, we require a upfront payment (depending on the size and scope of the project) before starting work. For Web+ packages, the upfront payment is £350. Work will not begin until this payment has been made.
Moving to another company: Whilst we’d love you to stay, we won’t keep your site hostage. Due to the nature of transferring your domain and/or website, we may charge our standard rate of £40 per hour for relevant administrative tasks.
