Are there any upfront costs?

Yes, we generally charge £150 upfront to cover hosting and purchasing your domain. Additionally, the upfront cost may increase depending on the domain price, as some domains can range from £10 to over £1000. We may also require 10-20% of the quoted price upfront for larger websites or more complex projects. We’ll provide a custom quote after discussing your project.

Do you offer any add-ons?

£80/month: Includes regular site maintenance, such as updating text on your homepage or making minor design adjustments.
£120/month (popular): Includes regular maintenance and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), as well as website edits and a 600+ word blog post each month to keep your site active and engaging.

Pricing Adjustments: Final prices will be quoted after discussing your specific requirements. The costs mentioned on the website are typical starting points and may vary depending on the complexity of your website and services needed.

Monthly Services: The maintenance packages/add-ons renew on a rolling monthly basis and continue until cancelled.

Website Hosting: The fee for hosting a website with Swift Web Design is approximately £150 per year (Depending on your website size this could be higher or lower) – whilst we always try and keep our prices competitive, this price is subject to change as market prices fluctuate. We always aim to communicate any pricing changes to you as soon as we are able. If the hosting fee is not paid at least 1 month before the renewal date, the website will be taken offline until payment is made. We will create a backup of your website and send it to you if the payment is not received by the deadline.

Upfront Payment Terms: For most services, we require a 10%-20% upfront payment (depending on the size and scope of the project) before starting work – this is often agreed upon in the initial planning stages.

Moving to another company: Whilst we’d love you to stay, we won’t keep your site hostage. Due to the nature of transferring your domain and/or website, we may charge a rate of £25 per hour.
