Is the call actually free?
Yes. There is no charge for the call and nothing to sign beforehand. If we are not the right fit for what you need, we will tell you and point you somewhere better.
What happens on the call?
We talk through your business, what you need, and the best next step. No pitch deck, no pressure. If it makes sense to work together afterwards, we will send over a fixed quote.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. Come with a rough idea of what you are after, even if it is not fully formed yet. That is what the call is for.
Can I choose phone, Zoom, or Google Meet?
Yes. The booking form asks how you would like to meet, and we will confirm the details in your calendar invite.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Every confirmation email includes a link to reschedule or cancel. No login needed, and it works right up until the booking itself.
What if none of the times work for me?
Email us directly at info@swiftwebdesign.co.uk and we will find a time that does.
