Key policy points at a glance

✓ 20% deposit before work begins, or pay in full up front. If a business client cancels, we keep the deposit. Private customers can cancel within 14 days and get it back, less any work they asked us to start

✓ Full payment required before a site goes live

✓ 5 free revision rounds on website builds (branding varies per service)

✓ Not VAT registered, so all prices shown are final

✓ Business clients only: overdue invoices may be charged interest at 8% a year above the Bank of England base rate, plus the fixed sum set by the Late Payment Act. Private customers are never charged this

✓ Quotes typically valid for 30 days from date of issue

✓ Plus plans: monthly plans have a 2-month minimum, then roll monthly with 1 week’s notice to cancel. Annual plans renew each year, and we email you at least 30 days before

We also keep technical logs to keep the site working well: page speed, script errors, broken pages and, if you leave one of our forms unfinished, which form and the last field you used. These use no cookies or storage on your device. We don’t store your IP address with them: to stop abuse we keep a scrambled code made from it that changes every day, and error reports include your browser type. They are deleted after 90 days. Choosing “Necessary only” turns off the speed and form measurements; error reports still run so we can fix faults.
